INFORMATIONAL NOTICE FOR CANDIDATE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY «PKF EUROAUDITING SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME» FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA During the recruitment process

The company under the name "PKF EUROAUDITING SOCIETE ANONYME" and distinctive title PKF HELLAS, based in Athens at 124 Kifisias Avenue, P.C. 11526, tel. 2107480600 e-mail: athens@pkf.gr), (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), hereby informs you, in its capacity as controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and the relevant provisions of Greek legislation on the protection of personal data character, as applicable, for the type of personal data collected, their source of origin, the reason for their collection and processing, any recipients thereof, the time of their retention, any transfer outside the EU, as well as your rights in relation to your data as candidate employees of the Company and how to exercise them.
B. Type of personal data and sources of origin
The personal data collected from you and processed by the Company are:
For the purpose of evaluating your application, the Company may collect information about you from companies that search and evaluate candidate employees, provided that you have provided your consent to them.
The no. 1-5 personal data are provided to the Company by you, if you express interest in the job.
C. Purposes and legal basis of processing
The Company collects and processes your data to the extent required during the interview and eventual recruitment process, in order to evaluate the fulfillment of your recruitment requirements for a specific employment position in the Company.
The processing of your data is necessary for the legitimate interest we pursue in our effort to hire qualified and appropriate personnel for the purposes of our business activity.
Our Company will retain your data for potential employment opportunities in our Company for six (6) months from the end of the recruitment process for which you submitted your CV.
D. Transfer of personal data – Recipients
In order for the Company to meet the above-mentioned functions and obligations, it discloses your personal data to categories of persons or bodies (recipients) who are in charge of the recruitment process and conducting the interviews, in person and/or online. The recipients have access only to those of your personal data that are strictly necessary for the fulfilment of their duties or the provision of services they have undertaken towards the Company.
E. Data retention period
In case you accept the offer for employment with the Company, your personal data will be kept on the basis of the Company's privacy policy and the employment contract between us.
The personal data of candidate employees who will not conclude an employment contract with the Company are retained for six (6) months from the filling of the job for which they were collected.
After the above period, your personal data will be deleted/destroyed based on the Company's Personal Data Destruction Policy.
F. Data transfer outside the EU
The Company does not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU.
G. Rights and exercise thereof
As candidate employees, you have a series of rights, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, regarding your personal data, which are processed by the Company and we refer you for this purpose to the company's privacy policy as posted on our website.
It is noted that the Company has in any case the right to partially or completely refuse to satisfy your request for restriction on the processing or deletion of your data, if the processing or retention of your personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or support of its legal rights or the fulfilment of its legal obligations.
The Company must respond to your request within one (1) month of receipt. This deadline may be extended by two (2) more months, if required at the Company's discretion taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests and in this case the Company will inform you within one month of receipt of such extension, as well as of the reasons for delay.
If the Company does not act on your request in exercising the above rights or following its response, you consider that your aforementioned rights are violated, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23, Athens, https://www.dpa.gr/, tel. 2106475600.
